3. Adopt linear guide rail for printing transport to work with timing belt, no noise, long service life, smooth running.

4. Printing transport adopts imported frequency-changed speed reducer to realize infinitely variable speed.

5. The printing table is made aluminum alloy with honeycomb structure. Specially handled surface is very smooth and non-deforming. It’s equipped with suction and blower to ensure powerful suction.

6. Screen frame is locked pneumatically, convenient operation, saving force and fast. Screen frame is equipped with scale indicator, adjusted by precise scale handle precisely, conveniently and quickly.

7. Printing table suction adopts high pressure suction ventilator with silencer to ensure strong suction and low noise.

8. Squeegee base can be moved separately so as to coordinate with printing area. Squeegee and flooding bar are clamped quickly and able to be adjusted 0~45 degree. Scraping adopts superinduction constant pressure structure which can automatically compensate constant pressure for substrate at different thickness after pressure is set.

9. Timing screen off structure designs coordinate with scraping movement to raise screen frame synchronously, so that there is no seismic wave and spring fatigue and no shadow, transformation, stickiness when you use ink with different stickiness and screen frame with different tensions. Imported off-screen cylinder is suitable for high precisely printing. ( Distance can be adjusted for different sizes of screen frame)

10. Without moving substrate, it can be scrapped 1 to 2 times continuously so as to make printing more stereoscopic.

11. The in and out of printing table is driven by electro motor to work with Taiwan first brand LM worm gear motor and Japanese brake control , making in-out positioning precise and fast.
