Standard configurations:

◆   Chinese-English HMI touch screen, easy and convenient operation. International well-known brand PLC central control, adjustable scraping speed/running speed/up/down printing head, screen frame stop time able to be selected according operator’s experience, malfunction inspection and alarm to learn equipment status and make adjustment in time.

◆   Main body drive through Japanese Mitsubishi inverter and gear motor to realize infinitely variable speed, imported pneumatic components and some Taiwan brand cylinders.

◆   Equipment is driven by timing belt which improves precision of transport control, reduce noise pollution caused by production, reaches better synchronism between capstan and driven pulley and ensure high precise printing quality. Printing table is transported through high strength polyester to run on high precise and round guide rail, wear-proof, low noise and stable.

◆   The printing table can be made of roller coating tempered glass or suck-blow platen according to different materials.

◆   Add automatic screen back-off system, convenient for overprinting and meeting thick substrate’s printing.

◆   One machine with multifunction, which can be used to work as two machines (or more) or for different colors, greatly improving use function and production efficiency.

◆   Printing unit and drying unit adopts module design, which can be added according to production capacity to reduce repeated investment cost and good for upgrade freely.

◆   Each machine can be available with 2 sets of printing table if necessary in order to switch freely, which is convenient.
